Olivò was born from the passion of the boss, the engineer Maurizio Morganti, for traditions and the typical products of the local gastronomy. Genuine ingredients, unique preparation technique, gestures that are repeated over time in accordance with the traditions ... This is Olivò.
In our lab, the composition of each stuffed olive is the result of painstaking task, actions always done by hand. The original ingredients as well as the skillful preparation technique give a unique result: a result that we have jealously guarded over the years by giving homage to the artisan world that still gives the flavor of the traditions of the past.
OLIVÒ RULES
1) We prepare the meat stuffed olives by hand, one by one in our laboratory;
2) We choose high quality ingredients from selected suppliers;
3) We guarantee the preparation of each stuffed olive according to the traditions safeguarding the integrity, naturalness and nutritional characteristics of ingredients.
